Bonus abuse, collusion, the use of automated betting software, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. elive777 reserves the right to void wagers and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
elive777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform. Continued use after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and engage in real-money play on elive777. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and reflects both platform policy and applicable international gaming authority compliance obligations. elive777 will request documentary proof of age (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) before permitting real-money activity. Any Account created by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Residency. elive777 is primarily targeted at players residing in Malaysia. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. elive777 makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside of those explicitly supported by the platform.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure without refund of Bonus Funds.
2.4 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on elive777. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, elive777 may merge, suspend, or close the duplicate Account(s) at its sole discretion. Wallet Balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited if the duplication was used to exploit bonuses or promotions.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your elive777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. elive777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify elive777 immediately by contacting support. elive777 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account is prohibited.
3.4 Accurate Personal Details. You must keep the personal information held in your Account profile accurate and up to date. elive777 may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on elive777 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied by elive777 for transactions conducted in MYR via supported local payment channels.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. elive777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment service provider.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed for KYC-verified Accounts. Processing time is normally within one business day for amounts within standard limits. elive777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. elive777 will clearly delineate Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds within the Account cashier.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All promotions offered by elive777 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions (where applicable). These specific terms are published alongside each promotion in the elive777 promotions lobby and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict specific to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly labelled as "no wagering", Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. elive777 maintains active monitoring for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements while minimising risk; colluding with other players; registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and using automated tools. Where bonus abuse is identified, elive777 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
5.4 Changes to Promotions. elive777 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or amend any promotion at any time. Promotions are available for the period stated in the respective promotion terms and are not available after their stated expiry.
6.1 Game Integrity. All RNG-based games available on elive777 use certified random number generation software. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories on a quarterly basis. Live casino games are hosted by third-party live dealer studios operating under their own regulatory frameworks.
6.2 Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games are published within the game information panel in the elive777 lobby. elive777 does not manipulate RTP settings below the certified baseline.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, elive777's technical logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected round(s) will be voided and stakes returned. elive777 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond returning the affected stake.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during a live game, elive777 will handle the outcome in accordance with the specific game's disconnection rules as published in that game's help documentation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on elive777 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, voiding of wagers, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and permanent Account closure:

9.1 By elive777. elive777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested; or regulatory requirements.
9.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any cleared, unrestricted Wallet Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within a standard withdrawal processing period. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
9.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. elive777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy fee or balance reduction. The applicable dormancy policy will be communicated to registered players via the platform.
All content on the elive777 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, and logos, is the property of elive777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any elive777 content without prior written permission.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, elive777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
11.2 elive777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to elive777's jurisdiction of licensing. Players are also subject to the laws of their country or territory of residence.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of elive777, you should first contact [email protected] to seek resolution. elive777 will investigate all complaints in good faith and aim to provide a response within 5 business days.
12.3 Final Decisions. In respect of disputes concerning game outcomes, elive777's server-side logs will be considered conclusive evidence of the events that occurred. In circumstances where a certified external auditor determines that elive777's logs are incorrect, the auditor's determination will apply.
elive777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they may adversely affect existing Players' rights — elive777 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the platform prior to the effective date of the change. Notification may be delivered via in-platform announcement, email to the registered address, or both. Your continued use of elive777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
